Non-Tracked Order Inquiries
Use the non-tracked order inquiries tool to report untracked sales. The merchants will receive the inquiry, review it, and can provide commission for the sale.
Untracked Transactions
Transactions might not be tracked for a number of reasons, such as tracking not working on your confirmation page, or a user blocking 3rd-party cookies.
Submitting a Non-Tracked Order Inquiry
In the navigation menu, go to Payments > Non-Tracked Order Inquiry.
Provide the following:
- Merchant ID
- Order date + time
- Order number
- Order amount (optional)
Provide the following:
- Date of click
- Banner display format (optional)
- Banner page (optional)
- Banner still at location? (optional)
- href value (optional)
Be sure to review, then formally submit the order.
Payment
When a merchant reviews the inquiry, they are able to provide payment for the un-tracked sale. This will be provided in the form of a bonus. You can find all transactions, including bonuses, on the Activity Details Report.
